URLScan 2.5 for SBS2003?

Is URLscan safe to install on SBS2003?

We have just run an upgrade from sbs2000 to sbs2003,
the bug where URLscan is installed on the 2000 box and
and upgrade to 2003 happens which then blocks the
'premium OWA' (gets stuck on the "loading..." screen)

We can't find URLscan on the add remove programs list,
and we reinstalled IIS already.

But the error is still happening, one option we considered
was installing a newer version of URLscan.

Any feedback on this?
