DSL > ROUTER > Server NIC 1 ||| Server Nic 2 > Router/switch/hub/wireless >

That could work for me, since I do have actually two non-wireless spare
routers if the timing issue occors.
Ok, so as I understand, here is what you have suggested.
DSL Modem --> Router --> SBS with ISA -->> Router/Switch+Wirless -->>
