Thanks jeff,
I've been reading most of it over the past week or so,
got lot's of infomation but no luck yet on doing a proper
Backup/Restore on different machines.
At the present time we have very few users, 10 or so.
Now, I have been able to do the "transert" using the
PST's. That is fine for now as most mailbox are empty.
Today or tomorrow I shall receive the new disks to mount
in our server. Expectation is taht we will be up and
running in a couple of days... (lot's of coffee for me!)
What do you suggest for RAID's?
I think that RAID 0+1 will give us a better fault-
tolerance than RAID-5 but slightly less disk space (-
33%?) based on 4 disks.
What do you think about my plan? Is it worthed to go RAID
0+1 or we better stick with RAID-5 as suggested by
another collegue?
Thanks
Andre
