unknow interface, when try add a computer to domain

We have problems when try add one station to Domain.
I login at PC using the administrator user.
>From Identification, click the properties, and add member
to my domain.
After one minut, appears "unknow interface" error, and
this computer is not included in domain.

After I see in the active directory, and this computer
has added but is market with reed circle.

Any suggestion!
