Hi,

One of our XP Pro (SP2) Workstations needs to be accessed via Symantec's
pcAnywhere (v10.5) but I can't find anything telling me how to get through
ISA 2000 - I've seen plenty of questions asked but no answers. We are
implementing a bit of credit card processing software which the vendors
insist on using pcAnywhere for support.

My other alternative is to remove ISA from our server and rely on our
hardware firewall, so my next question is if nobody knows a way to get
pcAnywhere working is it fairly painless to un-install ISA 2000?

We are running SBS2003 Premium with 2 NIc's.

Many thanks.

Richard
