Yes I am behind a firewall, and yes it's doing NAT.

I assume they were getting the WINS config because it is setup in the DHCP
options. I cannot remember now for sure, and I cannot reconfigure the VPN
for now, because I can't afford to take them down any longer. Sorry I can't
give you a definite answer on that one.
