Hi Roger!!
The first thing we need to check for is whether the Port 25 is open on
the SBS 2003 for incoming request.
How are we receiving emails from the Internet...??
Are you hosting your own emails or using a POP3 Connector to download
emails from your ISP's POP3 accounts...??
How many NICs are on the SBS...??
Are we running ISA on the SBS...??
Is there any other firewall like Router/Hardware firewall..??
Can you please post the IP configuration from the SBS and the name of
your Internet Email Domain (or Public IP address)...??
You can use the following online tool to check for incoming port and
also make sure the that the MX records are pointing to correct IP
address.
