OK, works until I get into the Advanced Certificate in /certsrv, then when I
try to create the Code Signing certificate, I get:

"Your request failed. An error occurred while the server was processing your
request. Contact your administrator for further assistance."

The specific error detail is "Failed to create
'CertificateAuthority.Request' object. "

Any ideas?
