First, enable and turn on the Windows Time Service and the Intersite
Messaging Service in the Services.msc snap in. After doing this, you will
be able to use your SBS server as the time server in the domain. It should
automatically know that it is the time source for the domain, or you can
set it to synch to an external time source.
