Lonny,

You are correct about it being an Intuit problem but the bottom line is that
for now we can to accomodate them and complain to them. Complain loudly.

Good suggestion for easy management. Power user is admin lite. Essentially
it gives them admin priviledges and this isn't a good thing. It leaves them
open to malware or the phrase I like, drive by downloads, which junk up the
PC. There is another way around the registry permissions issue. You can keep
the user in user mode and give them permission to read/write to the specific
registry keys that they need. Much more secure and it doesnt' take long.

You do need a tool called incontrl5 from PC Mag to figure out which registry
keys are needed but it's not a difficult job.
