This is a problem with Intuit not following the API when they developed QB.
You don't have to give the user full admin rights, but you do have to give
them elevated privelges; they need to be able to read/write directly to the
registry :(
In the local computer management add your Domain Users group to the local
computer's Power Users group and all will be right with the world. This way
you don't have to add each individual user to the PU group (like every time
you add a network user!)
