1. Here's a KB that tells how to set the permissions in Users. I'm not
sure about Company - you can probably do whatever you wish. On mine,
authenticated users have Modify.

2. This is a matter of preference. I'd probably consider setting the 4
scsi drives as raid 5, with a 16gb C and the rest D. I'd put the whole SBS
install and page file on C, and the Exchange data on D. (Raid 5 gives you
18gb more storage than two mirrors).

3. If you have to activate again, it should be just as easy as your
previous experience.
