Daniel,

Chad has given great advice and great scale down list. I will add a few.

Questions:
1. What is the amount of storage folder redirection will consume? What is
the sum of all the home folder (my documents) accounts equal? Remember you
can limit this via disc quota limits.

2. What backup and recover method will be used? Tape or Disk. Disk is
cheaper and with usb/firewire you could get buy with say $400 using the
built in NTbackup.

3. Will you be administrating via local login or remotely? If remotely
consider a $400-$700 remote management card.

4. Last, please purchase a second powersupply and an alternate power supply
(battery/surge protection).

from Chad's list:

>remote management card
2nd processor
>2nd powersupply
Drop to 10k SCSI drives
Drop 3 SCSI drives
Drop to 1.5 GB RAM
Drop to 3 SATA drives and so on . . .
