Hi Mark, a few things.

Ensure you've run the CEICW and selected TS or RDP (port 3389). Also, ensure
your router has this port open and is correctly forwarding to the correct
nic (external, or only) in the SBS.

>From a lan client, try RDP to the server, make sure it works internally.
This might help you decide where to go next.
Telnet your server public ip port 3389 to see if you get an answer.
On the remote client, make sure 3389 traffic is allowed (xp firewall, for
example).

How about RWW, does it work? Because you don't actually need RDP to be
accessible directly. Log on to RWW with administrator credentials, and you
should get a link to connect to the server desktop.
