Hi Sarah

It has been awhile and I can't find my case notes. Actually COX was the ISP.
I think Telnet was working but unsure of that. Go into Exchange System
Manager and Expand Servers Protocols and Right Click the Default SMTP
Virtual Server Select Delivery Tab Advanced and Check DNS button. You can
configure DNS there to add a second DNS server to check out my theory (I
think).
