yes, I know, another Question......SQL Server on Premium this time

So now I am moving forward fast, loading the premium components, etc.
I am trying to upgrade what is there and I see 3 instances,
RTC, SBSmonitoring, and sharepoint
I know I can upgrade the sharepoint one (we already have sharepoint on
another server and will move it eventually)
what are the other 2? I can take a stab at sbsmonitoring (good/bad idea to
upgrade?) but I can't figure out the other one either.
