Is the server installed as a domain controller or do you have two small
business servers installed in the same domain? Either one of these with
trigger the reboot behavior. If it is not a domain controller, run sbs
setup to promote it. If there are two SBS servers in the domain shut one of
them down and replace it with a standard windows 2003 server.
