Hi Matt -
If I understand this correctly, you need to use an upstream proxy (e.g. at
your ISP)? If so, open ISA Management, right-click on 'Network
Configuration' and select Properties. Select 'Chain to this computer' and
enter your upstream proxy. Enter user credentials (if required) for the
upstream proxy by selecting 'use this account'. Click OK, close ISA
Management, restart the ISA Server Control Service and you should be good to
go . . .
