Thanks, Marina, again for your kind assistance.
I already had the KB hotfix installed but had not deleted the cached files
for IIS. Once I did (and did IISReset), the local OWA now works perfectly,
including the right click. Remotely, the same problem is there, the 'Loading'
issue. I made sure to delete the files on my client. And I saved that link!
In doing a search in the user group, I did find a posting which says I
should also delete the ISA Cache (I have ISA installed). Unfortunately, the
post did list the location of the ISA Cache. Can you help?
