Failover protection for Windows SBS 2003

Hi

I have two Windows SBS 2003 servers in two offices is there any
software which can protect failover of the server's.if one server goes
off the other should take over the others job (Clustering).Please
kindly suggest me the solution for this problem either with microsoft
Techlonogies or other Third Party Softwares.
