In Exchange you can identify if all NDRs should be sent to a specific email
address. it sounds like this person's email address was listed in Exchange
for this purpose, or that the email address that was entered is now being
forward to this person.
1. Open up Exchange Server Mgr, drill down to Servers > your server >
Protocols > SMTP > Default SMTP
2. Right click on the Default SMTP, then click on Properties, then Message
tab
3. There you will find the place to send copy of all undelivered reports to
