Hey, Merv, I think you're the one that pointed me to the Xerox Phaser
printer in the first place!

This customer actually has the Phaser 8600 color printer. The business
inkjets are at each office manager's desk, and because of the way they
operate, consolidating to a single printer is not a valid solution.
