Mario, fortunately or unfortunately, the way this particular customer site
operates, they need the printer to be at each desk. So, consolidating three
inkjet printers into one color laser printer is not an applicable solution.
Also, this customer already has one color lase printer (Xerox Phaser 8600)
in the office.

As to your ramblings on paper supplies, again -- since all three printers
and all paper supplies are in the same office, I need to rule out a problem
with paper. Thus leaving me with a design flaw.

So, I'm back to my original question - if this is a design flaw, how do I
approach HP about moving to a different printer?
