This is not so much of a Exchange problem but rather a config problem
You should refer to the following KB article
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;825763&Product=sbs#7
And insure you set up correctly
On your linksys router you must insure that port 25 is being forwarded to
the ip of the nic in your server
Do you have a Static IP for your DSL connection and are there PUBLIC DNS MX
records pointing to this public IP?
