Hello Brian,

Please make sure the following registry key(s) are set to a value of "1".

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\SmallBusinessServer\RemoteUserPortal\A
dminLinks\RPC (for Administrators to the link).
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\SmallBusinessServer\RemoteUserPortal\K
WLinks\RPC (for others to see the link).

NOTE: You do not have to enable both links.
