Hi John,

The Premium CD has the PREMIUMINSTALLSTEPS.HTM which you follow to install
ISA (and SQL if you want).
If you than rerun the CEICW wizard, you can setup the Monitoring in the
Server Management. From there you can get usage and performance reports.
