Cannot Access Company Web

I would like to use the http://CompanyWeb/ site that comes with SBS 2003.
However, whenever I click on the link to go there I gte the following message:

"You are not authorized to view this page"

I am very new to this arena and can't figure out why I can't view this page
if I am logged on as administrator.

I wanted to change the the URL to resemble something closer to our company
name. But I can't even see it. Is there a place I can change the name and
then maybe I can access the site?
