Event ID: 17055 with MSSQL on Win 2003 SBS Prem.

Everyday I get the error MSSQL$BKUPEXEC EventID: 17055

18272: I/O error on backup or restore restart-checkpoint
file 'C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL
Server\MSSQL$BKUPEXEC\backup\master4IDR.ckp'. Operating
system error 3(The system cannot find the path
specified.) The statement is proceeding but is non-
restartable.

Does anyone know what this is and how to fix it? I am
using Backup Exec ver 9.1
