why? cant ISA proxy the http & ftp requests from clients on it's own?
Proxy2 does and so does wingate?
This is the crux of it.. can ISA perform as a standard proxy server in it's
own right without 'helper' software?

More importantly I want to get the Apple MAC and Unix boxes accessing the
internet via [http, https & ftp(read)] proxy.
