IMO the best way to share a printer on the network is to use a dedicated
print server such as an HP Jetdirect (there are lots of brands, HP is just
an example). The print server is configured as a standard tcp/ip printer
port on the SBS. Then the printer is installed to that port, drivers for
all client OS's are installed, and the users can add the printer at their
workstations.

If you have a working computer you want to use instead of a dedicated print
server, you can do the same thing - install the printer on that computer and
share it for use over the network. One possible drawback - I'm not the
licensing guru, but I believe that if you use device CALS, that box will
take one, where a Jetdirect or similar device would not.

With an actual print server device, connect it to the network and configure
the printer port on the SBS, according to the mfr's instructions. Then add
the printer to the SBS using the port you just configured. Open the
properties and set up the Sharing page. Install the drivers for all your
client OS's so that the workstations can get them at installation (click
Additional Drivers). Choose the option to list the printer in AD.

If you use a PC instead of the print server, add the priner to that PC as
you normally would, then configure it on the Sharing page as above.

Then, just add the printer to the workstations using Add printer, choosing a
network printer and selecting the option to choose a printer from the AD.
