Hi Michael
The Website can remain hosted at the same company hosting it now (actually
that is preferable) The DNS records at your Domain host has several A and MX
records. The www.FQDN A record can remain pointed to your current web host.
The mail.FQDN MX record can be pointed to your IP The @ FQDN A record goes
to your IP. Talk to the Tech Support for your Domain Registrar for exactly
how to set this up and I am sure they can help you with this. After this is
setup the ISP will need to setup a PTR record for you.
