Misery loves company Bill.

I have been having the exact same problem on what looks like the exact same
system configuration, so maybe this is unique to this setup. The only thing
I did after the last time this happened was enable the X.400 message queue
that was disabled on my machine but I can't see this doing anything. I
considered reinstalling SMTP but that was a nightmare the last time I did it
as IIS and Exchange reinstalls go with it.

I would like to find the solution.
