What are ports 6001-6002 for? Certianly not needed for RPC over HTTP.

Did you open the correct ports on your server's router as well? See the
document below which contains afull list of required ports to be opened, and
what each is used for:

For a remote workstation setup, several people have been tempted to ignore
the instructions that say to enter your server's .local name - but the
instructions work perfectly if followed perfectly. Finally, make sure you
have installed the identified patch in those instructions. RPC over HTTP
won't work without it.
