Slow server

Hi

I have replaced a 700MHz sbs2000 server with a 2.4 MHz sbs2003 server and
everyone is already complaining of slow speed on the new server. Most of the
client PCs are winxp/win2k with one or two still on win98. Are there any
tweakings I can do to speed up everything?
