script.bks cannot be found

Hello, I am getting this error in the backup log file script.bks cannot be found. I have checked to make sure Info Store is running. The backup works fine if I do a manual backup, but it will not work when it is scheduled. The backup.exe starts on time, it recognizes the media, but then it fails with the cannot be found error. I have checked for a solution everywhere I know. If anyone can help with this problem or point me in the right direction please let me know. Thanks, Ryan
