I'm not an expert on this but so you get a quick answer on a
Sunday morning .....

My setup is with two NICs. I renamed my NIC connections to
Internet WAN and Internal LAN so I wouldn't get confused. I
let SBS do all the configuration with CEICW DHCP enabled
on Internal LAN and IP 192.168.16.2 on the NIC. Externally
turn off any DHCP. During CEICW your DNS is to you ISPs DNS
sever (normally two addresses required). The Gateway is to
your router's address.
