Small Business Server 2003 Platinum Box Contents

I just ordered and received a copy of retail SBS 2003 Platinum Upgrade
from AtomicPark.com.

The box had a tape seal, but it was not shink wrapped.

When I opened the box it was filled with plastic popcorn (doesn't look
oriningal MS stuff me.)

Both cases had no shink wrap and appeared to have been opened.

The Getting started manual had wear marks on the cover and its edges
were torn.

It is missing CD #4. While there were licenses, there was no certificate
of authenticity and there was no registration card enclosed.

What should the real contents of the box be?
