Well just as he runs his business the way he sees fit, so you run yours too
(and no one else should be telling you who YOUR client base should or should
not be) and you covered yourself with the release, so let him have his way
and when he gets hosed (virus, worm, DOS attack, or the whole system is
crashed) you smile politely all the way to the bank with the hours you've
billed to fix the damage....just make he has working backups that are stored
off site (sure I do back up nightly. I only have one tape and it stays in
the tape drive all the time. Thats when I'd fire the client...(just had
to throw that in there)
