Sorry, that first ipconfig was a bit confusing to me.
On the SBS:
IP 192.168.0.250
GW 192.168.0.1
DNS 192.168.0.250
WINS 192.168.0.250
Then check DHCP-server, Scope options: 006 and 044 should point to
192.168.0.250, 003 should point to 192.168.0.1, 015 should point to your
local ad domain name braces.local and 046 should have 0x8.
Check DNS server, tab Forwarders. There you put the ISP DNS-numbers.
Your W2k client is getting a very weird dns-suffix. Make sure it is set to
obtain an IP and DNS automatically from your DHCP server (SBS).
