It can't be permissions, she has the same ones as everyone else in the firm,
except the lawyers. I used one template for the lawyers, and one for
everyone else. And she's the only one affected. And by webmail I didn't
mean OWA, though that does work. I meant for her ISP account she'd have to
use webmail. I'd like to find a fix for her, but at this point I'm at a
loss short of wiping her machine and reinstalling it. Which would be an
irritation for her more than anything else.
