By joing a domain, a new user profile subdirectory is created under Document
and Settings.
You probably saved the .pst file in the Document and Settings profile sub
directory for your workgroup user id. After joining a domain, you will have
a new profile sub directory, based on your logged in domain name.
Drill down C:/Document and Settings/{username}/MyDocuments or simply do a
search on .pst to find your missing .pst files.
You would need to copy over pertinent stuff from your user's workgroup
profile subdirectory over to your user's domain profile directory.
