Hi Valeria,

I think you will have to add an MX record to your DNS-server, because your
ad domain is the same as the internet domain name.
In DNS-server, expand your servername, Expand Forward lookup zones, right
click on the company.com DNS zone and select New Host. For the name enter
"mail" (without the quotes) and for the IP you enter your IP address. Click
the Add Host button and click Done.

I was talking about your hardware firewall, but that port 25 seems to be
open.
