Monitoring reports and alerts set up error

When I try to set up my Monitoring Reports and Alerts I
get this message: The wizard ecountered and error while
configuring the monitoring features. Run Small Business
Servre SEtup, reinstall the Server Tools component, and
then run the Monitoring Configuration Wizard again.

I have reinstalled SBS setup and restarted a few times and
I still get the same problem, open for any suggestions of
where to go next.
