Looking for "Perfect" Hosting Company...

I'm currently using PowWeb as my defacto hosting company for both myself and
my clients. I don't have any real complaints with them and they've been
very good to deal with to date. They've met my initial requests for a web
hosting company in that they're:

1. cheap (most important!) @ $7.77/month
2. offer virtually unlimited data transfer (5 gigs/day)
3. offer plenty of email address (50 I believe) and unlimited alias
4. offer all the standards - MySQL, PHP, FrontPage Extensions, etc...
5. their support has been very good and easy to get a hold of and they have
a nice and active community forum that also offers a lot of good support.

However, I'm now running into the dilemma of wanting to move to SMTP based
email, but I won't do it w/o a backup server. It was suggested that I use
dyndns.com's MX Backup offering (at $30/year) and I have no problem with
that, but I'm also in need to an Outbound mail relay ($15/year) b/c I'm
using Comcast and can't (or at least *I* don't know of a way - please LMK if
I'm missing something) setup reverse DNS lookup and I'm getting email
bounced from AOL and 3COM and etc... addresses. I additionally use their
custom DNS service ($25/year). So with all of those features, I'm looking
at an additional $70/year. No, not a lot - but then it makes me wonder if
there isn't a better hosting company out there that would include most or
all of the features that DynDNS.com offers for a comparable PowWeb price? I
don't really want to host my web site internally b/c I don't want to deal
with the hassle and worry about the uptime, but then I think, why not just
drop the web hosting all together, host my own (and customer's) sites, and
then just use DynDNS.com (or a similar co) for the email portion?

Thoughts??!? What hosting companies are you all using/wishing you were
using?

I also ran across this article:

****Cannot send external mail when your smart host server is different from
the ISP server where your e-mail is stored in Windows Small Business Server
2003***: http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=827601

that makes me concerned about using PowWeb in conjunction with DynDNS.com.
However, I'm not sure that I'm reading the article correctly and I'm not
sure about the last condition the article lists "You configured e-mail
retrieval to use TURN authentication." I've been told the PowWeb doesn't
support either TURN or ETURN authentication so I'm assuming that I'd then be
OK but...

TIA
