Frank

Thanks so much for the quick reply. I have a quick
question for you though:

When I follow your link, I get article KB831464:
This update fixes a problem on your Windows 2003-based
computer. The fix allows you to enable GNU zip (Gzip)
compression using the Exchange System Manager for
Microsoft Exchange Server 2003.

Q1. Why would enabling Gzip fix my OWA display issue?

Q2. I've patched this SBS2K3 server with all of the
patches MS lists on the Update site (from all three
sections - Critical Updates and Service Packs, Windows
Updates, and Driver Updates) and it doesn't appear that
KB831464 was installed. Is this fix NOT included on the
Windows Update site??!? It was my understanding that ALL
updates for the SBS were going to appear on the Update
Site (even though it's technically an Exchange fix I
guess)...

thnx

Matthew
