Olumide,

Try these steps:
1. Disconnect all clients from the router. Leave the SBS 2003 server connected, but remove any references to external DNS server's IPs
from its Network connection.
2. Turn off DHCP on the router if enabled.
3. Reset the router.
4. Run the Configure Email and Internet Connection Wizard using the Broadband Router with an IP address connection option.
5. Restart the server.
6. Attempt to connect to the Internet from the server. If successful, connect the LAN clients up to the switch one at time, testing the
newest client and the server's ability to connect to the Internet until all LAN clients are reconnected and able to browse the Internet as is
the server, or you find a problem on one of the clients while going through this procedure.

You may have a problem with a duplicate MAC address on the network or a static entry in the server's arpcache which needs to be
removed.

A network trace would help narrow down the problem.

Best Regards,

Ricky Morris, MCSE
