Tim, create a public golder for all of your companie's customers contacts.
You can then set up Outlook, if you wish, to always check your public
ocntact list first, before the GAL.
The GAL should really be used for a list of your SBS users. There are some
tricks you can play, if for example, you want to set up a distribution list
in your GAL that contains both internal users and external customers that
are in your public folder.
