Hi Chester!

Your PTR record should be something like:
12.125.68.69.in-addr.arpa PTR mail.yourdomain.com
where mail.yourdomain.com is the A record of your primary MX. Just for
completeness sake I would create an A record "mail.yourdomain.com" and point
it to 69.68.125.12 and then change the MX10 to point that record instead.

Another thing you might want to try is using the smarthost of one of your
other ISPs.
