I'm sorry to say I haven't found time to read the doc, but I'm assuming this
is redundant info you've already found there. SUS installs IIS lockdown and
URLScan if not already installed. I'm not sure if the same thing applies on
2003, where IIS Lockdown is generally not needed, but if so, you can either
plan for it in advance, or find the KB article about configuring IIS
Lockdown and URLScan for OWA. The fix is well documented and easy to do
with the info in the KB.
On SBS 2000, the trick was to make sure IIS Lockdown and URLScan were
installed and configured before installing SUS.
