I've used ZoneEdit for my sister's, my friend's and one client's zones.

If your domain registrar also offers a convenient way of managing zone
information let them host DNS.
If you have a good (technically) web hosting service then let them host DNS.
If your ISP only supplies backup MX for domains it controls let them host
DNS.
If you can seperate name hosting from your SBS, your registrar, your www
host service & your ISP, do so. Your SBS may change in a couple of years or
might crash tomorrow, you may get an offer of better webhosting, a new ISP
may have a good deal. You can get basic name hosting and management for
free, web forwarding, smtp redirection or backup, mail forwarding or global
mailbox facilities for a very small cost.
